Free ARhAyas Techniques Guide for Newcomers
It can be confusing when you’re just starting with the Guardian Materials, seeing the overwhelming amount of workshops, information and techniques. Usually you have no idea where to begin, but don’t worry - there’s always someone who still remembers how it was to be a newcomer. Today this person would be me :) and I prepared a little Guide, that will give you at least some basic understanding of where to start as a Newcomer.
I am very grateful for the ability to have access to, study, conitunuously integrating and embodying these Materials and this is my way of being in actitude, which is the gratitude in action.
The recommendation from Arhayas is, before engaging with any materials or techniques, to do the Free Techniques available in the "Techniques" section on their page. Those techniques are a specific frequency tools that give us the basics for further studies, activations and alignments. Below I will introduce those techniques shortly. There is a specific order of doing the Techniques, to build the quantum frequency holding capacity of our fields.

Don't be disappointed if you don't understand yet many of the words in the texts and techniques. It's normal, because you have to get used to these frequencies and integrate slowly the terms and their meaning. In time, after engaging with the techniques and the materials, you will be able to both understand and remember much more, and on some point there will no problem anymore. The dots will connect in time. There's also a possibility, that you may fall asleep during the techniques, or you may not be able to sense or see certain things or places. Don't be discouraged by that, because the most important this is the intention that you hold, to receive the activation. Everyone is different and progressively we will have our abilities back.
One of the things that I’ve noticed when I was a newcomer myself, is that when trying to engage with the Free Techniques for the first time, I had no idea where in my anatomy are the points needed to actually make the Technique happen. E’Asha said that if you don’t know things like that, simply your intention will do the work, but I think it’s actually good to know where these places are, so I prepared a simple diagram for you, showing these points, so you’ll know what to do and where.
Basic anatomy needed for the Free Techniques:
Technique 1: 2013 ARhAyas Productions - New Prayer Sequence (PDF)
It is a Prayer, and yes, very often when we wake up to the deeper understanding of things, we may feel “meh” about any kinds of prayers. Let me tell you this though: it is not a Prayer to the external, vengeful, judgmental “God figure” or an “angel”, but a re-connection of your Human-Self with Your Eternal-Authentik Self all the way up and within to reach the Source, which you are a Face of. It’s an invitation and willingness to run the frequencies of the Eternal through you and it’s a set of frequencies to connect you with the Krystal River FAIL-SAFE Host.
”This technique sequence facilitates anchoring of the E-LAi-sa Silver Seed Krystal River Plasma Host and the 15 Heliochroic Krystar Core Flow Currents, as introduced in the April 2013 Sarasota workshop. These frequencies are core Sun-8 plasmas, the strongest we have ever worked with at the time of release.
This new sequence includes the Prayer of E-LAi-sa, the Prayer of AL-Hum-Bhra, the Silver Seed Krystal River Prayer, the Krysta-Ajha Declarium, the Prayer of the DhA-ya-TEi and the Song of ARhAyas. The AL-Hum-Bhra Cathedral Code is also included for optical pineal induction.
This technique sequence can be used as often as you like for amplification of these currents following the initial activation."

From my experience, frequent reading of the Prayer Sequence allows for the plasma frequency run, which is giving a sense of deep Source connection, refocusing to what's most important and brings the feelings of safety within and externally. If you're not sure how to pronounce it, here is the mp3 with the recording made by Jan Andreas, E'Asha's Tan-Tri-A'jha Twin, including Norwegian version of English words. Here is also my own recording (including Polish translation).

Technique 2: August 20, 2012 "Journey to the ARI-ARhAYas AL-Uma-Un-Core of the Krystar Seed Atom" (MP3)
This Technique is a Journey, and when we talk about a journey what we mean is taking your mind somewhere else, into a specific place defined by the Technique, by following what is being said, seeing it in your mind, your inner sight, if possible. If you cant’s see yet, just indend the activations to happen.
This Journey is part of the August 2012 DVD Workshop. It's a Journey to the Ari-ARhAyas AL-Uma-Un (Krystar Seed Atom Core - The Eternal Identity Seed Crystal ”Krystar from which we come”). Meeting the eight AL-Hum-Bhra Magistracy Councils of the Cos-Min-Yahas AReutas.
E'Asha and a Guardians are taking us on a journey during which we're bonding our personal DNA Template into the “K+Factor” Cosminyahas Suns Tan-Tri Plasma Fields Krystal River Host and we're receiving the 8 Al-Hum-Bhra Core Creation Crystals of the Cos-Min-ic Record, which will help us remember more about ourselves.
It's a very important technique, which we could call the "accepting the Krystal River FAIL-SAFE Host" activation. What is the Krystal River Fail Safe Host though? For someone who don't yet understand, the name can be puzzling, so it's important to understand that it doesn't mean accepting a host as a "body" or anything like that. It means in simple words that our Planet chose a path of ascension and due to the progression of the drama the old plan of ascending up the dimensional ladder (as described years ago in Voyagers books), was not possible anymore. If the plan wouldn't change, our Planet would fall and we wouldn't even have an opportunity to get out of "here". That's why E'Asha with the Guardians and a team of people participating in the activations were able in 2012 to anchor the Krystal River FAIL-SAFE Host Mission, which was being prepared for a long time as a stealth mission, just in case, if things would go so badly here (and that actually hapepned). Since December 2012 our Planet is again having a status of the Ascending Planet, and all life is either taking that path of return through being Hosted from the External Creation to the Internal Creation levels consciously or unconsciously, or is opposing the ascension path, which will be like going against the wind, but is possible as a choice. The Krystal River Fail Safe Host is going to be available for 900-1000+ years down here, and after this time the part of our planet, that was allowed to follow the fall path, will move towards the Black Hole, while the rest of the Planet's quantum with it's life fields aligned with the path of Krystic return, will continue the journey in Internal Creation levels, where the fall is not possible anymore. It doesn’t mean though, that nothing will change for us personally through that period of 900 years. Actually, the newest updates in HostMasters Livestreams are bringing in new information, so it’s worth studying and synchronizing with the Planetary changes, just in case :)
By accepting the Host, you're choosing to progressively align with the Planet's choices and journey. You'll receive the inner gentle guidance and protection, and then it's of course up to you how much dedication you will put into studying of the materials and living by the principles and values that the Internal/Eternal Creation levels represent. During the journey you will receive the K+8 coding. Some people already carry those codes with them, but for some it's a big evolutionary leap, so it's really worth engaging with, and if you're drawn to this information, your internal guidance is probably nudging you gently to give it a try :)

Technique 3: January 3, 2013 "Journey to ARhAyas Island" (MP3)
Recommendation: Read E'Asha's "13 Days of Kryst-Mass" Posting before above journey.
This journey is taking us to the Temple of ARhAyas on the ARhAyas Island Platform of Sun-8 (Eternal Sun-8, connected to the K+8 coding, that you received in the Technique-2). We're travelling through the Spire of AL-Hum-Bhra (or Obelisk) to the Temple and the Healing Pools. There is a special transmission waiting for us there: "No more fears. No more tears. Washing away part of the karmic pattern that is stuck with you”.
How often: at least once, but can be repeated as many times as you wish, as a healing tool.
Technique 4: May 12, 2015 "Journey to the Eff-i-yah State - EarthCync™ Free Link-in Parts 1-5" (MP3)
Recommended reading before the Journey is the PDF with all the steps described. From the PDF, few words of description and recommendations:
"The Journey to the Eff-i-yah State is a Triptec Power-Phase Deep-Journey Compound technique that progressively "opens the KrystalBridge Oc-Sha-TU'n ("Passage of the 8's") Chambers within the personal Plasma Template and TrhU'-ah Body, for progressive access to the Eff-i-yah State Conscious Standing-wave fields of the ELF/LUV Cave Dwellers Domain, referred to as the Eff-in'-it-um (the Eternal Standing-wave Embodiment of the EFFI Infinitum). The Journey to the Eff-i-yah State technique "speaks to" several layers of the Consciousness, TrhU'-ah Body and multidimensional anatomy simultaneously, progressively stimulating expedited Interplaneal Neurogenesis within the TrhU'-ah Body and bio-atomic form.

If you fall asleep, you can "pick up where you left off" as soon as desired, to "complete the round".
It is recommended to engage this technique when you have a minimum of 2 hours of undisturbed time, within a quiet, safe, private location, where you can recline comfortably on your back.

It's one of the most powerful techniques you can do and for me personally was very intense in a positive way. One of the favs!

Technique 5: Aug 8, 2016 - "The TRIUMPH of Triumphs Quick-Link EarthCync™ Technique" (PDF)

It’s all about the pretty pictures here. But they are much much more than that. They are called the "GO Vertical Codes” and you’re job in this Technique is to engage with them. Here’s their more technical description:
"In Guardian Material Theory the KaLA' Oc'-Sha-TA' Time-Template "GO Vertical Codes" G.V. Codes are specifically organized crystalline lattice geometries composed of specifically encoded crystallized geleziac radiation held within the KaLA' Oc'-Sha-TA' Plasma Time-Templates; when activated, they serve as "digitally encoded mathematical operational instructions" governing the influx of, and specialized interface between, the 1st-Creation D-Planes frequency flows and the Electro-magnetic frequency spectra and Elemental Matter-base of External Creation.
"Each G.V. Codes carry the "Organic Core Cosmological Encryption" upon which all Organic KaLA' Oc'-Sha-TA' Plasma Time-Templates are structured; it is the "Core Common Encryption" mathematical-crystalline-lattice geometrical program inherent to, and lying dormant within, the Plasma Templates of ALL beings and things in creation. The EFFI Prayer is the LTR (Linguistic Template Reprogramming)-Power Grid.
EFFI = Eternal First Field Intelligence / Electro-Thermal First Force Identity, often used synonymously with the term EFFI Infinitum
"In Guardian Material Theory, the word EFFI is used as a noun referring to the entirety of the Living EFFI Eternal 1st-Consciousness Field, within which ALL Creation has ALWAYS, and will ALWAYS, exist. Now, in a perfect world you’d find the Materials and would progress through them smoothly and chronologically, but the reality is usually a bit chaotic, and you may end up watching them out of order, doing techniques without understanding much, forgetting half of it somewhere along the way, etc. All of that is OK. My beginnings were also all over the place. Just remember to come back and try again, to make an effort and you’ll see the results pretty quickly if you’ll stay persistent.

Very useful, thank you so much Magdalena! A question on a side, do you also feel slightly strange this month of january ? Perhaps more nostalgic, tired, confused, even sad for no obvious reason ? Especially this week ? And people seem to be absent or difficult to reach. It could be just me though. But it s worth checking with like-minded people
